License grant
EventMS Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy and operate the EventMS Pro platform on a single production server under your own brand and domain.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the platform available as a white-label product to third parties. The encrypted build may not be reverse-engineered.
Delivery and installation
After payment is confirmed, we install the platform on your server within 1 to 2 business days. Installation is included at no additional charge.
Support and updates
Your license includes 6 months of bug fixes and product updates from the date of installation. Support is provided via email. After 6 months your deployment continues to operate; a support renewal is available separately.
Refund policy
Sales are final once installation is delivered. If you experience a critical defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
EventMS Pro is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
