License grant
EventMS Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy and operate the EventMS Pro platform on a single production server under your own brand and domain. The license includes delivery of the full source code, which you may modify for your own deployment, subject to the restrictions below.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the platform or its source code available as a white-label product to third parties, nor use the source code to build a competing product for others to license. Modifying the source code for your own deployment is permitted and does not void your license, though we cannot support changes we did not make.
Delivery and installation
After payment is confirmed, we install the platform on your server within 1 to 2 business days. Installation is included at no additional charge.
Support and updates
Your license includes 6 months of bug fixes and product updates from the date of installation. Support is provided via email. After 6 months your deployment continues to operate; a support renewal is available separately.
Refund policy
Sales are final once installation is delivered. If you experience a critical defect that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
EventMS Pro is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
