For organizations

Event management software built for organizations, not solo organizers

Most event tools assume one person running one event. Organizations do not work that way. You have multiple departments or clients publishing events, an approval step before anything goes live, finance asking where the money settled, and a door team that needs to scan tickets without access to anything else. EventMS Pro is built around that structure.

Roles and approval workflow

The platform ships with distinct roles: admin, organizer, scanner, support, and customer. Organizers create and manage their own events; admins review and approve before publication; scanners get door-scanning access and nothing more; support staff work a help desk queue and process payout requests. Permissions are structural, not an afterthought.

  • Draft → approval → published workflow between organizers and admins
  • Scoped access per role, so door staff never touch financial data
  • Per-organizer earnings, payout requests, and settlement tracking

Six ways to sell, per event

Not every event in a large organization sells the same way. Some sell tickets directly, some link out to an existing system, some are free RSVPs, some are door sales only, and some are announced before pricing exists. Each event picks its own channel rather than forcing the whole organization onto one model.

  • Internal ticketing, external link-out, box office, TBD with waitlist, free RSVP, pay-what-you-want
  • Recurring schedules, templates, and one-click duplication
  • Ticket tiers with limits, variants, add-ons, coupons, taxes, and fees

Reporting finance will accept

Revenue trends, user growth, and event performance, reported platform-wide and per organizer. Because payments route through your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, settlement reconciles against your own merchant statements directly, with no intermediary holding funds or issuing a consolidated payout you have to unpick.

Frequently asked questions

How many organizers can we onboard?
There is no platform-imposed limit. The license covers a single deployment, and you can onboard as many organizers, events, and attendees onto that deployment as your server capacity supports.
Can we run this behind our own procurement and security review?
Yes, and this is a common reason organizations choose it. The platform runs on infrastructure you control, so it goes through the same review as any internally hosted application rather than a third-party data processor assessment.
Is the license a capital purchase or a subscription?
A one-time purchase. Many organizations find this significantly easier to get approved than an open-ended recurring subscription.
